Out of the depths have I called Thee, O LORD.

úÌÄäÀéÆéðÈä àÈæÀðÆéêÈ, ÷ÇùÌÑËáåÉú-- ìÀ÷åÉì, úÌÇçÂðåÌðÈé.

2 Lord, hearken unto my voice; {N}
let Thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.

â àÄí-òÂåÉðåÉú úÌÄùÑÀîÈø-éÈäÌ-- àÂãÉðÈé, îÄé éÇòÂîÉã.
|
3 If Thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?
|
|
ã ëÌÄé-òÄîÌÀêÈ äÇñÌÀìÄéçÈä-- ìÀîÇòÇï, úÌÄåÌÈøÅà.
|
4 For with Thee there is forgiveness, that Thou mayest be feared.
|
|
ä ÷ÄåÌÄéúÄé éÀäåÈä, ÷ÄåÌÀúÈä ðÇôÀùÑÄé; åÀìÄãÀáÈøåÉ äåÉçÈìÀúÌÄé.

5 I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in His word do I hope.

å ðÇôÀùÑÄé ìÇàãÉðÈé-- îÄùÌÑÉîÀøÄéí ìÇáÌÉ÷Æø, ùÑÉîÀøÄéí ìÇáÌÉ÷Æø.

6 My soul waiteth for the Lord, more than watchmen for the morning; yea, more than watchmen for the morning.

æ éÇçÅì éÄùÒÀøÈàÅì, àÆì-éÀäåÈä: ëÌÄé-òÄí-éÀäåÈä äÇçÆñÆã; åÀäÇøÀáÌÅä òÄîÌåÉ ôÀãåÌú.

7 O Israel, hope in the LORD; for with the LORD there is mercy, and with Him is plenteous redemption.
|

ç åÀäåÌà, éÄôÀãÌÆä àÆú-éÄùÒÀøÈàÅì-- îÄëÌÉì, òÂåÉðÉúÈéå.

8 And He will redeem Israel from all his iniquities. {P}
