à ìÀãÈåÄã, îÄæÀîåÉø: çÆñÆã-åÌîÄùÑÀôÌÈè àÈùÑÄéøÈä; ìÀêÈ éÀäåÈä àÂæÇîÌÅøÈä.

1 A Psalm of David. I will sing of mercy and justice; unto Thee, O LORD, will I sing praises.

á àÇùÒÀëÌÄéìÈä, áÌÀãÆøÆêÀ úÌÈîÄéí-- îÈúÇé, úÌÈáåÉà àÅìÈé;
àÆúÀäÇìÌÅêÀ áÌÀúÈí-ìÀáÈáÄé, áÌÀ÷ÆøÆá áÌÅéúÄé.

2 I will give heed unto the way of integrity; oh when wilt Thou come unto me? {N}
I will walk within my house in the integrity of my heart.

â ìÉà-àÈùÑÄéú, ìÀðÆâÆã òÅéðÇé-- ãÌÀáÇø-áÌÀìÄéÌÈòÇì:
òÂùÒÉä-ñÅèÄéí ùÒÈðÅàúÄé; ìÉà éÄãÀáÌÇ÷ áÌÄé.

3 I will set no base thing before mine eyes; {N}
I hate the doing of things crooked; it shall not cleave unto me.

ã ìÅáÈá òÄ÷ÌÅùÑ, éÈñåÌø îÄîÌÆðÌÄé; øÈò, ìÉà àÅãÈò.

4 A perverse heart shall depart from me; I will know no evil thing.
|
ä îìåùðé (îÀìÈùÑÀðÄé) áÇñÌÅúÆø, øÅòÅäåÌ-- àåÉúåÉ àÇöÀîÄéú:
âÌÀáÇäÌ-òÅéðÇéÄí, åÌøÀçÇá ìÅáÈá-- àÉúåÉ, ìÉà àåÌëÈì.

5 Whoso slandereth his neighbour in secret, him will I destroy; {N}
whoso is haughty of eye and proud of heart, him will I not suffer.

å òÅéðÇé, áÌÀðÆàÆîÀðÅé-àÆøÆõ-- ìÈùÑÆáÆú òÄîÌÈãÄé:
äÉìÅêÀ, áÌÀãÆøÆêÀ úÌÈîÄéí-- äåÌà, éÀùÑÈøÀúÅðÄé.

6 Mine eyes are upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me; {N}
he that walketh in a way of integrity, he shall minister unto me.

æ ìÉà-éÅùÑÅá, áÌÀ÷ÆøÆá áÌÅéúÄé-- òÉùÒÅä øÀîÄéÌÈä:
ãÌÉáÅø ùÑÀ÷ÈøÄéí-- ìÉà-éÄëÌåÉï, ìÀðÆâÆã òÅéðÈé.

7 He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house; {N}
he that speaketh falsehood shall not be established before mine eyes.

ç ìÇáÌÀ÷ÈøÄéí, àÇöÀîÄéú ëÌÈì-øÄùÑÀòÅé-àÈøÆõ;
ìÀäÇëÀøÄéú îÅòÄéø-éÀäåÈä, ëÌÈì-ôÌÉòÂìÅé àÈåÆï.

8 Morning by morning will I destroy all the wicked of the land; {N}
to cut off all the workers of iniquity from the city of the LORD. {P}
