1 The LORD reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad.

á òÈðÈï åÇòÂøÈôÆì ñÀáÄéáÈéå; öÆãÆ÷ åÌîÄùÑÀôÌÈè, îÀëåÉï ëÌÄñÀàåÉ.

2 Clouds and darkness are round about Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.

â àÅùÑ, ìÀôÈðÈéå úÌÅìÅêÀ; åÌúÀìÇäÅè ñÈáÄéá öÈøÈéå.
|
3 A fire goeth before Him, and burneth up His adversaries round about.
|
|
ã äÅàÄéøåÌ áÀøÈ÷Èéå úÌÅáÅì; øÈàÂúÈä åÇúÌÈçÅì äÈàÈøÆõ.

4 His lightnings lighted up the world; the earth saw, and trembled.
|

ä äÈøÄéí--ëÌÇãÌåÉðÇâ, ðÈîÇñÌåÌ îÄìÌÄôÀðÅé éÀäåÈä: îÄìÌÄôÀðÅé, àÂãåÉï ëÌÈì-äÈàÈøÆõ.

5 The mountains melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

å äÄâÌÄéãåÌ äÇùÌÑÈîÇéÄí öÄãÀ÷åÉ; åÀøÈàåÌ ëÈì-äÈòÇîÌÄéí ëÌÀáåÉãåÉ.

6 The heavens declared His righteousness, and all the peoples saw His glory.

æ éÅáÉùÑåÌ, ëÌÈì-òÉáÀãÅé ôÆñÆì-- äÇîÌÄúÀäÇìÀìÄéí áÌÈàÁìÄéìÄéí;
äÄùÑÀúÌÇçÂååÌ-ìåÉ, ëÌÈì-àÁìÉäÄéí.

7 Ashamed be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of things of nought; {N}
bow down to Him, all ye gods.

ç ùÑÈîÀòÈä åÇúÌÄùÒÀîÇç, öÄéÌåÉï, åÇúÌÈâÅìÀðÈä, áÌÀðåÉú éÀäåÌãÈä--
ìÀîÇòÇï îÄùÑÀôÌÈèÆéêÈ éÀäåÈä.

8 Zion heard and was glad, and the daughters of Judah rejoiced; {N}
because of Thy judgments, O LORD.

è ëÌÄé-àÇúÌÈä éÀäåÈä, òÆìÀéåÉï òÇì-ëÌÈì-äÈàÈøÆõ;
îÀàÉã ðÇòÂìÅéúÈ, òÇì-ëÌÈì-àÁìÉäÄéí.

9 For Thou, LORD, art most high above all the earth; {N}
Thou art exalted far above all gods.

é àÉäÂáÅé éÀäåÈä, ùÒÄðÀàåÌ-øÈò:
ùÑÉîÅø, ðÇôÀùÑåÉú çÂñÄéãÈéå; îÄéÌÇã øÀùÑÈòÄéí, éÇöÌÄéìÅí.

10 O ye that love the LORD, hate evil; {N}
He preserveth the souls of His saints; He delivered them out of the hand of the wicked.

éà àåÉø, æÈøËòÇ ìÇöÌÇãÌÄé÷; åÌìÀéÄùÑÀøÅé-ìÅá ùÒÄîÀçÈä.

11 Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
|

éá ùÒÄîÀçåÌ öÇãÌÄé÷Äéí, áÌÇéäåÈä; åÀäåÉãåÌ, ìÀæÅëÆø ÷ÈãÀùÑåÉ.

12 Be glad in the LORD, ye righteous; and give thanks to His holy name. {P}
