Esther Chapter 4 àÆñÀúÌÅø

à  åÌîÈøÀãÌÃëÇé, éÈãÇò àÆú-ëÌÈì-àÂùÑÆø ðÇòÂùÒÈä, åÇéÌÄ÷ÀøÇò îÈøÀãÌÃëÇé àÆú-áÌÀâÈãÈéå, åÇéÌÄìÀáÌÇùÑ ùÒÇ÷ åÈàÅôÆø; åÇéÌÅöÅà áÌÀúåÉêÀ äÈòÄéø, åÇéÌÄæÀòÇ÷ æÀòÈ÷Èä âÀãåÉìÈä åÌîÈøÈä. 1 Now when Mordecai knew all that was done, Mordecai rent his clothes, and put on sackcloth with ashes, and went out into the midst of the city, and cried with a loud and a bitter cry;
á  åÇéÌÈáåÉà, òÇã ìÄôÀðÅé ùÑÇòÇø-äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ:  ëÌÄé àÅéï ìÈáåÉà àÆì-ùÑÇòÇø äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ, áÌÄìÀáåÌùÑ ùÒÈ÷. 2 and he came even before the king's gate; for none might enter within the king's gate clothed with sackcloth.
â  åÌáÀëÈì-îÀãÄéðÈä åÌîÀãÄéðÈä, îÀ÷åÉí àÂùÑÆø ãÌÀáÇø-äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ åÀãÈúåÉ îÇâÌÄéòÇ--àÅáÆì âÌÈãåÉì ìÇéÌÀäåÌãÄéí, åÀöåÉí åÌáÀëÄé åÌîÄñÀôÌÅã; ùÒÇ÷ åÈàÅôÆø, éËöÌÇò ìÈøÇáÌÄéí. 3 And in every province, whithersoever the king's commandment and his decree came, there was great mourning among the Jews, and fasting, and weeping, and wailing; and many lay in sackcloth and ashes.
ã  åúáåàéðä (åÇúÌÈáåÉàðÈä) ðÇòÂøåÉú àÆñÀúÌÅø åÀñÈøÄéñÆéäÈ, åÇéÌÇâÌÄéãåÌ ìÈäÌ, åÇúÌÄúÀçÇìÀçÇì äÇîÌÇìÀëÌÈä, îÀàÉã; åÇúÌÄùÑÀìÇç áÌÀâÈãÄéí ìÀäÇìÀáÌÄéùÑ àÆú-îÈøÀãÌÃëÇé, åÌìÀäÈñÄéø ùÒÇ÷ÌåÉ îÅòÈìÈéå--åÀìÉà ÷ÄáÌÅì. 4 And Esther's maidens and her chamberlains came and told it her; and the queen was exceedingly pained; and she sent raiment to clothe Mordecai; and to take his sackcloth from off him; but he accepted it not.
ä  åÇúÌÄ÷ÀøÈà àÆñÀúÌÅø ìÇäÂúÈêÀ îÄñÌÈøÄéñÅé äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ, àÂùÑÆø äÆòÁîÄéã ìÀôÈðÆéäÈ, åÇúÌÀöÇåÌÅäåÌ, òÇì-îÈøÀãÌÃëÈé--ìÈãÇòÇú îÇä-æÌÆä, åÀòÇì-îÇä-æÌÆä. 5 Then called Esther for Hathach, one of the king's chamberlains, whom he had appointed to attend upon her, and charged him to go to Mordecai, to know what this was, and why it was.
å  åÇéÌÅöÅà äÂúÈêÀ, àÆì-îÈøÀãÌÃëÈé--àÆì-øÀçåÉá äÈòÄéø, àÂùÑÆø ìÄôÀðÅé ùÑÇòÇø-äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ. 6 So Hathach went forth to Mordecai unto the broad place of the city, which was before the king's gate.
æ  åÇéÌÇâÌÆã-ìåÉ îÈøÀãÌÃëÇé, àÅú ëÌÈì-àÂùÑÆø ÷ÈøÈäåÌ; åÀàÅú ôÌÈøÈùÑÇú äÇëÌÆñÆó, àÂùÑÆø àÈîÇø äÈîÈï ìÄùÑÀ÷åÉì òÇì-âÌÄðÀæÅé äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ áéäåãééí (áÌÇéÌÀäåÌãÄéí)--ìÀàÇáÌÀãÈí. 7 And Mordecai told him of all that had happened unto him, and the exact sum of the money that Haman had promised to pay to the king's treasuries for the Jews, to destroy them.
ç  åÀàÆú-ôÌÇúÀùÑÆâÆï ëÌÀúÈá-äÇãÌÈú àÂùÑÆø-ðÄúÌÇï áÌÀùÑåÌùÑÈï ìÀäÇùÑÀîÄéãÈí, ðÈúÇï ìåÉ--ìÀäÇøÀàåÉú àÆú-àÆñÀúÌÅø, åÌìÀäÇâÌÄéã ìÈäÌ; åÌìÀöÇåÌåÉú òÈìÆéäÈ, ìÈáåÉà àÆì-äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ ìÀäÄúÀçÇðÌÆï-ìåÉ åÌìÀáÇ÷ÌÅùÑ îÄìÌÀôÈðÈéå--òÇì-òÇîÌÈäÌ. 8 Also he gave him the copy of the writing of the decree that was given out in Shushan to destroy them, to show it unto Esther, and to declare it unto her; and to charge her that she should go in unto the king, to make supplication unto him, and to make request before him, for her people.
è  åÇéÌÈáåÉà, äÂúÈêÀ; åÇéÌÇâÌÅã ìÀàÆñÀúÌÅø, àÅú ãÌÄáÀøÅé îÈøÀãÌÃëÈé. 9 And Hathach came and told Esther the words of Mordecai.
é  åÇúÌÉàîÆø àÆñÀúÌÅø ìÇäÂúÈêÀ, åÇúÌÀöÇåÌÅäåÌ àÆì-îÈøÀãÌÃëÈé. 10 Then Esther spoke unto Hathach, and gave him a message unto Mordecai:
éà  ëÌÈì-òÇáÀãÅé äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ åÀòÇí-îÀãÄéðåÉú äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ éÉãÀòÄéí, àÂùÑÆø ëÌÈì-àÄéùÑ åÀàÄùÌÑÈä àÂùÑÆø éÈáåÉà-àÆì-äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ àÆì-äÆçÈöÅø äÇôÌÀðÄéîÄéú àÂùÑÆø ìÉà-éÄ÷ÌÈøÅà àÇçÇú ãÌÈúåÉ ìÀäÈîÄéú, ìÀáÇã îÅàÂùÑÆø éåÉùÑÄéè-ìåÉ äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ àÆú-ùÑÇøÀáÄéè äÇæÌÈäÈá, åÀçÈéÈä; åÇàÂðÄé, ìÉà ðÄ÷ÀøÅàúÄé ìÈáåÉà àÆì-äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ--æÆä, ùÑÀìåÉùÑÄéí éåÉí. 11 'All the king's servants, and the people of the king's provinces, do know, that whosoever, whether man or woman, shall come unto the king into the inner court, who is not called, there is one law for him, that he be put to death, except such to whom the king shall hold out the golden sceptre, that he may live; but I have not been called to come in unto the king these thirty days.'
éá  åÇéÌÇâÌÄéãåÌ ìÀîÈøÀãÌÃëÈé, àÅú ãÌÄáÀøÅé àÆñÀúÌÅø. 12 And they told to Mordecai Esther's words.
éâ  åÇéÌÉàîÆø îÈøÀãÌÃëÇé, ìÀäÈùÑÄéá àÆì-àÆñÀúÌÅø:  àÇì-úÌÀãÇîÌÄé áÀðÇôÀùÑÅêÀ, ìÀäÄîÌÈìÅè áÌÅéú-äÇîÌÆìÆêÀ îÄëÌÈì-äÇéÌÀäåÌãÄéí. 13 Then Mordecai bade them to return answer unto Esther: 'Think not with thyself that thou shalt escape in the king's house, more than all the Jews.

èå  åÇúÌÉàîÆø àÆñÀúÌÅø, ìÀäÈùÑÄéá àÆì-îÈøÀãÌÃëÈé. 15 Then Esther bade them return answer unto Mordecai:

éæ  åÇéÌÇòÂáÉø, îÈøÀãÌÃëÈé; åÇéÌÇòÇùÒ, ëÌÀëÉì àÂùÑÆø-öÄåÌÀúÈä òÈìÈéå àÆñÀúÌÅø. 17 So Mordecai went his way, and did according to all that Esther had commanded him.
